ive seen farmers spend 100k+ flattening their fields and i love manually digging so much that id happily do this for you manually. but id prefer to show everyone how to make a far more lucrative farm by keeping the water retaining hills and for their many other benefits as well.
id go as far as mapping the tree roots and soil elemental composition as i did, as an analogy for the care and attention to detail i would maintain while doing so.
my specialty is recycling everything into usable materials and into base byproducts that are suitable to be back in nature with nothing but beneficial effects.
