I am looking for a female tenant who can move in March.
Utilities are included, and you can use the amenities, including the swimming pool.
The location is perfect for shopping, with Korean Mart, Walmart, Save-On-Foods, Smart Place Market, etc. nearby. Itβs truly a great place to live.
It is only a 5-minute walk to Lougheed Station (about 3 minutes if you walk fast).
There is also a private balcony with a beautiful view.
Move-in is available starting February 23, and if you need to move in a bit earlier, there will be no extra charge.
I enjoy being around people, so if you are coming from Korea or have just arrived, I would be happy to occasionally go out nearby for some fresh air or drive you for groceries with my car. I welcome someone who would like to live like family.
